  I’m only giving it one star because I can’t give it a 0. I went into Leen’s Jeweler with my mother who was looking to sell quite a bit of her gold. I approached the owner (I’m assuming) to show him everything to get a price. The whole time he just kept saying no one will give us a better price, that’s it. My mother was very emotional as it was very hard to part with her pieces, the owner insisted on preying on her while she was crying. I had to be firm and tell him to please give her a minute to think about the offer. He then huffed and kept saying “don’t worry about nothing, you not gonna get any better than this.” I was very skeptical on the price, so we asked if we went outside to think about it, would the offer be the same if we come back in. He was very rude and stated no, the deal is only good now. I am extremely disappointed. This is not about the money or the business aspect. He was very rude and treated us with complete disrespect. I am highly disappointed.... Afterwards, we went to another jeweler in town, E&E, and it turns out that jeweler actually gave us more than Leen’s Jeweler’s offer. I will never return to this business. Very rude, money hungry, unfair and 0% bedside manor. You lost a customer.
